The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) works as a team to assess and improve the quality, safety and experience of patients, their families and visitors to the UMass Memorial Medical Center.
PFAC members are patients or family members who represent the diverse communities served by the Medical Center. They work in partnership with hospital leaders to bring the patient and family perspective to "care and caring" at UMass Memorial!
